General
1 Email confirmation of acceptance of the coaching agreement is required before a coaching relationship begins. This indicates that a client accepts my terms and conditions
Format of Sessions
2.1 30 minute telephone coaching sessions or other format as agreed
2.2 The client is responsible for telephoning me at the agreed appointment time
Payment Terms
3.1 Fees are payable in advance of each coaching session. Where payment has not been received I am not obliged to provide the session
3.2 Unless otherwise agreed, payment should be made by direct electronic bank transfer
3.3 Email confirmation of receipt of fees will be sent to the client prior to each coaching session
Between Sessions
4 The client may contact me by telephone or e-mail between sessions to seek clarification or support regarding the coaching sessions
Rearranging Sessions
5 If the client needs to rearrange a coaching session, he/she should provide at least 48 hours notice. No refunds will be given to clients for unused coaching sessions unless 48 hours notice has been given. If I need to rearrange a coaching session I will give the client 48 hours notice where practical.
Confidentiality
6 Personal information or business information supplied by clients in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, unless required by law. My privacy policy is available for inspection on request
