Going it alone really is possible

When I came to Alison a year ago I felt like I was floundering. I was not long out of a long term relationship & although I knew I was lucky to be in a job I enjoyed & have an amazing support network of family & friends around me I felt a bit lost & that I wasn’t really living just surviving. Through my sessions with Alison I was able to identify what it was that I wanted to achieve & then work through the steps I needed to take to reach my goal.  Alison showed me how to break things down into realistic chunks so the task ahead wasn’t too overwhelming and most important of all she gave me the tools to cope when things didn’t always go to plan.

Thanks to her I have increased my self-esteem and confidence and now realise that anything really is possible

Getting the work life balance

Having spent the past two years on maternity leave I was terrified of getting back into work and had no idea which way to turn to fit work life around my family. With Alison’s help I turned some vague notions about what I would like to achieve into reality. Every session helped me to re focus on achieving my goals and even with a few setbacks I still kept focusing on that ultimate goal – to get back to work. I now work as a marketing consultant from home, fitting work life around my family. It’s tough to juggle but I have done it and I think that’s down to meeting Alison. She is an inspiration

I feel supported and valued

When I first met Alison, I was anxious, stressed and totally overwhelmed at work, desperate to find new ways of dealing with my work-life balance.    Within our first session I started to relax and it felt good to “offload” and to feel supported and listened to.  I found Alison’s approach challenging and motivating with the result that I have made significant changes and improvements over time.  After only four sessions I feel I have moved on so much in both my work and private life and feel calmer and more confident than ever before.
